How often should I have a session?

Most of my clients choose to meet with me every other week. We compile a set schedule for this. It depends on your schedule, the nature of your issue, and the actions you set for yourself between each session. At the start of your coaching I advise you to plan a set of  sessions spread over a period of 3 months to notice clear benefits from the beginning.
